We are here to experience our one precious life the best possible way we can. For some this might mean un-learning the programmed patterns, and swimming into the sea of endless opportunities of becoming a better human most importantly for themselves, as well as for others and for our One & Only planet.
I love soaking up the knowledge (and often loosing myself in this infinite sea) on how to become a better human and 'live the best life ever.'

My approach to health and wellness is holistic, which means that I look at how all areas of one's life are connected. It's not just the food we eat, but all of the factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships (starting with yourself), regular physical activity, fulfilling career and spiritual awareness are all essential forms of nourishment.

I love to dig deeper into longevity, neuroscience and biohacking your own body with nutritional supplements, correcting the body imbalances, and getting into the world of all the possible ways which can boost your cognitive performance and live the longest life utilising scientifically proved methods.
I truly see greatness in learning how to help people reprogram their brain, heal their illnesses and live more fulfilled lives.
Yoga Pilates and functional movement are the fitness of my choice at the very moment.

Being a visual person, I am always spreading love with my own unique touch of femininity & elegance.

In my spare time I am a massive fan of Instagram, and love to share my knowledge about this powerful platform. I have taken numerous Instagram courses, so I can definitely empower you with WHAT’S IN in the world of Insta ;)

At last I am grateful I live in en era where we can connect with each other via tech devices in the matter of a blink of an eye, and keep sharing and spreading our knowledge with the world.
